There IS a use to this card on thie other hand. Your opponent has a nasty 70 HP active (with 60 damage on it) ready to kick your axe? Use RS here to choose a plain ol' 60 HP evolution and bingo, no more Active. Or just use it to stall, choose an evolution that can't attack with the energy cards attached to it.
