The original anti-Electabuzz & Anti-Rocket's Zapdos right here folks. Wooper here won't take damage from Electric Pokémon, PERIOD. Even without the power, electric Pokémon will have some trouble with it with Wooper's Electric resistance. Rain Dance has a new protector.

The picture is OK in my book. the feet are just horrible to me.
